"Some of the items I consider 'must-haves" in any young "fashionista/o's" closet! (Red blazer, tank top, straight jeans, and combat boots!). This particular ensemble was inspired by Kanye West from his red suit phenomenon. A simple outfit can always shine with a spice of colour, especially with a loud colour! When I first posted this picture many people asked "where can I get a red blazer from?" or "how much did I pay for my red blazer?" or even "I'm sure that cost so much money!" Actually, my answer to all of those questions are "No, I actually got it for  $4 out of a thrift store in Miami!" People please believe me when I say the thrift is your BEST friend! I love the fact that you can look expensive on a [thrift store] budget! ;)"

As I said before, I love vintage clothes and thrift store shopping. My brother wanted to take a friend and I out to dinner thus I wanted to find a cute outfit that expressed my style with a limit amount of time to get ready! (which is hard to do for a girl). It came out pretty. I decided to pair my white shirt (from a thrift store) with a black flowing skirt, black tights, leopard shoes and a red bag. I like the idea of having pops of color and a cute hairstyle to match.

Natural hair and loving it babe!

Ok so earlier this year I decided to go back to the simple life aka NATURAL hair so this is a picture of me after my big transformation. I wasn't sure exactly what to do with it but I actually think it came out pretty well. As a college student, my hair seems to be the last thing on my mind but natural hair makes it so much easier and a simple shirt and skirt makes the world of difference hahahah!

My simple outfit/my first thrift store purchase!

This was one of my first shirts I purchased from a thrift store which I was extremely happy to find. I always considered myself to be a pretty "nice" dresser but thrift stores have opened my eyes to a totally different world. In this picture, I was headed to a college dance and I wanted to wear something that was simple yet cute. I was also feeling flats thus I paired my leopard shirt with a simple pink skirt, tan shoes and bag along with  a "chain" head piece. I felt extremely comfortable and I liked it!
